We do not have terms for orders under $100. Payment is due when order is shipped by credit card or check. We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS for payment at the time the order is placed. COD orders have an additional minimum $7.50 fee.

Shipping

We ship UPS or US Mail Priority. Packages are weighed and the appropriate shipping charge is added, plus a 50 cent handling charge. Please note at the time the order is placed if you require UPS Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day shipping.


Packaging

We use corn base biodegradable peanuts. This packaging dissolves when water is applied to it and is environmentally friendly. Please recycle this packaging material with the confidence that it is safe for the environment.

Returns

All claims and/or returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. All claims must be preauthorized. A 10% restocking fee will be recharged for returns that are not defective product or shipping error.
